Gregorian Chant
I've heard a number of chant albums in my day, but this one is the absolute tops. All of the vocals are in really low tones, none of that mid- or high-pitched crap, nor any organ in the background. Not to mention, there's no freakin' break beats :) . I have to admit that I can't tell one track from the other, but that's religeon for you. The MHS label has an amazing collection of period pieces on it... get on their mailing list if you can (call NPR for details).
